Front-End Lead with Angular/React – React Jobs Colombo Employee

Our customer in Colombo, is urgently looking for a Front-End Lead with Angular/React, who wants to continuously improve their software products. 
Proven experience as Coach / Team Lead or a first experience as Coach / Team Lead is an advantage;
Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Building software using Angular;
  • Developer API’s and web components;
  • Translating UI/UX design wireframes to code
  • Implement new functionalities with a passion for quality;
  • Review the (team’s)code;
Profile:
  • +5 years experience as Front-End Developer;
  • Proven experience as Coach / Team Lead or a first experience as Coach / Team Lead is an advantage;
  • Good experience with Angular/React/TypeScript in frontend development
  • Good understanding of Front-End technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery;
  • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications;
  • Experience designing and developing responsive websites;
  • Comfortable working with debugging tools;
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML);
  • Experience using JIRA to manage development tasks – Advantage
  • Experience with source control management systems, preferably Git
  • Cloud hosting, AWS preferred – Advantage
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins preferred) – Advantage
  • Experienced with containerized applications such as ECS, Kubernetes, Docker – Advantage
  • Experience in Python/Django or Java is an advantage;
  • Fluent in  English;
